4. Negotiation & due diligence
Once a suitable property is identified, we initiate a strategic negotiation process to secure the most favourable price and terms on your behalf. We also coordinate all essential due diligence, including:
- Building and pest inspections
- Fire safety assessments
- Architectural and compliance reports
- Forwarding contracts to your solicitor
5. Acquisition and settlement
We manage the entire process from the moment terms are agreed through to contract exchange and final settlement.
