He worked with major companies including ING Real Estate (4 years), and held Director-level positions at JLL (9 years) and CBRE (5 years). In 2010, Jon transitioned to CMF Properties, a property advisory firm offeri
Jon’s property career began in 1991, and since then, he has gained extensive experience in both corporate and advisory roles.
He worked with major companies including ING Real Estate (4 years), and held Director-level positions at JLL (9 years) and CBRE (5 years). In 2010, Jon transitioned to CMF Properties, a property advisory firm offering finance, project management, development management, and agency expertise.
During his time at CMF, Jon worked with a diverse range of clients, from the NSW State Government to major corporations, developers, builders, restructuring firms, and private clients. He also conducted regular property reviews for Deloitte’s restructuring division.
Having collaborated with Alsaker for several years, Jon officially joined the team in 2020, where he now leads the Commercial division.
