Research and market access set Alsaker apart. With around half of our acquisitions sourced off-market or pre-market, we open doors to opportunities unavailable to the public. Each property is analysed in depth and considering the following: tenant covenant, lease structures, income and outgoings, building quality, and value-add potential. Also considering market trends, exit strategies, and risk factors (ie: flood or heritage constraints). With networks across NSW, QLD, SA and beyond, we connect you to assets across both metro and regional markets with unmatched precision.

Property assessment

Assessment ensures every opportunity is the right fit. Properties are inspected in person or via video walkthroughs, followed by detailed consultation to confirm suitability. Independent advice is provided on strengths, weaknesses, location, and long-term performance, giving you confidence that each option has been tested against rigorous standards before a decision is made.

Negotiation

Negotiation is approached with strategy and discipline. Every deal is built on a clear understanding of real asset value, tenant quality, lease structures, market comparables, and development potential. Due diligence

Due diligence is about certainty.
